Joe is the heartbeat of the IO team. Because of his people first mentality, he’s not only a Sales Systems Engineer, but also an expert team builder and master salesman with a verifiable 9-figure sales record.  Joe cultivated his scalable sales systems and closing techniques over a 15 year, in the trenches grind as a sales expert, trainer and entrepreneur. He’s tested his processes with products and services like high ticket info products, live events, enterprise software and physical goods. Joe has what we can best describe as a God given gift for attracting humans to work for him. By way of reputation the cream of the crop in sales end up working under Joe’s wing. He’s the guy who makes friends in every room he enters. He’s our Morpheus so to speak, attracting the most talented superstar newcomers, up and comers and veterans alike. Joe and his team builds all our custom sales systems for clients including scripts, sales rep training, webinars, sales stage logic and closing methodology. His training style and systems make it easy to feel motivated, engaged and confident as a sales rep.
